Dr. Ghada Ahmed M. Yaseen is one of the founders of the faculty of agricultural Science in Dalanj University. She joined the university as a teaching assistant in the year 1999, as one of the first teaching staff. Yaseen is associate professor of Agricultural Economics at Dalanj University, teaching principles of economics, agricultural finance, agricultural marketing and research methodology. Had PhD and MSc from University of Khartoum, the MSc Title “Prospects of Gum Arabic production and exports of North Kordofan State” and interested in this field and had many published papers about gum Arabic in international journals. Yasseen contributed in many international conferences in Romania, Turkey, Jordan and Tunis in addition to the internal ones. She won the Scientific Excellence Prize from the European Organization for Environmental, Water and Desert Research, Turkey, November 2013. She had a great effort in organizing the unique scientific conference at Dalanj University in April 2015, despite the security and natural conditions surrounding the area.
