Prof. Dr. Caroline Edward Ayad Khilla, the Professor of Diagnostic Radiology at College of Medical Radiological Science -Sudan University of Science and Technology Born in 1975. She is the Secretary of Academic Affairs- Sudan University of Science and Technology. In 1997 she was awarded the B.Sc. in Diagnostic Radiological Technology, Sudan University of Science and Technology-College of Medical Radiological Science, in 2002 she completed the M.Sc. requirements in Diagnostic Radiological Technology concerning new technical research about innovative application Techniques for Lumbosacral radiography. In 2007 she has got her Ph.D. in Diagnostic Radiology in a research concerning MRI Biological Effects on Haematological and Histological Parameters. In 2016 she was awarded M.Sc. in Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound, searching for new studies about the estimation of fatal weight monographically mainly in critical pregnancy cases. Her research interests include Radio- anatomical studies in medical imaging, obstetrics and gynaecology, musculoskeletal and small parts ultrasonography, Computerized Tomography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging, teaching the same subjects at the level of BSc and MSc students for different disciplines: Diagnostic Radiology, Radiotherapy and Nuclear Medicine Technology. She was a supervisor for more than 250 MSc and 30 PhD students in the field of Diagnostic Radiological Technology and ultrasonography- Sudan University of Science and Technology, and many other universities. She was an external examiner of many BSc and MSc and PhD Students in many Universities. At the research level: Her Publications are (more than 100) research papers in International Scientific journals as well as 6 scientific medical books. At the administration level she was Head Department Of Basic Science for one year as well as Deputy Dean College Of Medical Radiological Science for 8 years (2 rotations), and Head Department Of Research Outcomes And Patents Deanship Of Scientific Research. Now she is Secretary of Academic Affairs- Sudan University of Science and Technology. She was a Member in many Academic and scientific committees (Curriculum design, examinations and Quality management and accreditation) inside and outside the university. She acts as assistant editor and editor of many scientific journals as well as reviewer of articles for national and international scientific journals. She is a Member of international society of obstetrics and Gynaecology (South Africa), member of American Institute of Ultrasound In Medicine (AIUM) (USA), member of British Medical Ultrasound Society, Britain- London (UK), member of British Radiology Association, London, UK.
