prof. Abdelgabbar Babiker (Sudan)

Abdelgabbar Eltayeb Babiker is a Professor of Weed Science, Sudan University of Science and Technology, Khartoum, Sudan. He was a regional coordinator for Striga Research East Africa and to the International Sorghum and Millet Research (INTSORMIL) funded by USAID. He was a Visiting Professor, Department of Agronomy, Purdue University, the USA for 12 months conducting research on Striga. He was also a visiting professor at the Arid Land Research Center, Tottori University, Japan and the University of Hohenheim, Germany. He has published hundreds of articles in reputable journals.
