Dr. Hisham Abdelrahim Mirghani has 24 Years experience in Engineering Consultancy field: 4 of them in the U.K. and 20 years in Sudan. 9 years experience as the Contracts Manager in the Dams Implementation Unit in Sudan where I was involved in Procurement, Contract drafting and contracts management for over 400 contracts for various development projects. Most of these projects were financed by the Islamic Development Bank; the Arab Fund; Kuwait Fund and others. Since 2016, at the Islamic Development Bank in Jeddah, currently in the Project Procurement Division.
