Currently he is the VP of Business Development at EL Faris LLC – Dubai. He is project founder assumed GM of FCC Cultural Center. He served as principal consultant at Skopos Consulting and Louise Allan Worldwide, accredited consultant to WB and UN. Hisham expertise covers wide-ranging disciplines including technical, managerial, financial, quality, legal and cultural activities, particularly on Business Development, Strategic Management, Project Management, Marketing Management, Leadership, Problem Solving and Revenue Growth. Over 30 year experience in designing, delivering and managing major organizational projects and has the capacity to evaluate their effectiveness. Fully bi-lingual Arabic and English.
